Since 1968, people from all over the world have witnessed the events surrounding Christ’s last days on earth, including his life, death, resurrection, and ascension. The Great Passion Play has become "America's #1 Attended Outdoor Drama" with over 8 million people witnessing The Greatest Story Ever Told in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Featuring a cast of over 150 actors, the Play is performed amid a 550-ft historically accurate, multi-leveled stage. This performance also features Arabian horses, donkeys, a Pharaoh Hound (a dog) and dozens of birds as well as camels.
The Great Passion Play runs 1 hour and 45 minutes, featuring an original musical score composed by Phil Perkins and performed by the world-renowned National Philharmonic Orchestra of London. |

The Great Passion Play serves as a spiritual center for Christians worldwide and is home to the Christ of the Ozarks Statue (7-stories tall), the Parables from the Potter, the interactive Holy Land Tour, the Sacred Arts Museum, the world-renowned Bible Museum (over 6,000 Bibles in 625 languages including a page from the Gutenberg Bible), the History Museum, hiking trails, Noah's Ark Park Petting Zoo, David the Shepherd, the Great Hall Buffet, and gift shops.
