Eureka Springs Overflow VW Festival - Last Saturday in August
In 2015, Foul Air Klub collaborated with the Wet Dub group in the hopes of giving Volkswagen and other German car enthusiasts an alternative to, what we call, "the show in the hole."
This alternative is for two main reasons, and is in no way considered or meant to be a competition to the Eureka Springs VW Show.
The reasons are:
1) - There is just not enough room for all the enthusiasts who come to the lovely town of Eureka Springs.
2) - The town needs the revenue and treats every visitor so well. It's a shame that so many people no longer come to this town because of the lack of show space.
While we embrace that competitive car shows are necessary, our venue and atmosphere is so much different. We are working together with the long running show to encourage the high caliber of Volkswagens that enters to continue to do so. Our show is more for daily drivers, campers, rat rods, or more simply, not for trophy hoarders or trailer queens. Your car doesn't have to have shiny paint or mirrors under the chassis to have fun at this show! Our show welcomes air and watercooled Volkswagens, as well as other makes of German cars.
We hope that you will consider coming down down to see old friends and make new ones!
