  • Our laundry room is located down the road to the maintenance shop. It has 4 washers and 4 dryers. Please be considerate of others and remove your own lint filters. This room is only for people who live or work on the property.
  • Trash—use the large dumpster at the bottom of asphalt parking LOT b. (this is near where the RVs are parked in the asphalt parking lot)
  • We work with several area businesses for reciprocals. This packet can be found here.
Name badges—temporary ones will be made available for you. You need to get your picture at Mallory's desk. Her phone number is on her desk, please text her if you need her.

Warning during freezing times

  • RV Park Living: No matter how much water you leave running in your hose, in more than 3 days of below freezing, your water will freeze up. You must turn on the water when needed, and then disconnect and let your hose drain. We will suffer water line breaks that will require repairs that will leave you without water for an even longer time.
