Reminder: Summer Mission Trip weeks require a nonrefundable $75 per–person deposit, due by April 1. This deposit secures your spot for the week you selected. If we do not receive your deposit by April 1, your reserved week will be reopened for others to book.
You may adjust your final group numbers after April 1 without penalty if your group size decreases. The deposit simply lets us know your group is committed to attending.
Each year, we have groups eager to join who miss out due to limited space. In the past, last‑minute cancellations have prevented these groups from participating. Your timely deposit helps us steward these spots well—thank you!

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR DORMS
We can accommodate 18 women/girls and 18 men/boys. There is no age limit. Both areas have air-conditioning.
The ladies area has 3 showers, 4 sinks, and 2 bathrooms. The men’s area has 2 showers, 4 sinks, and a 5 urinals and 2 toilets. During the day, we also have numerous restrooms nearby including in the buffet area where you take your meals.
SPRING BREAK MISSION TRIP
The charge to stay on site and have us provide most of the meals is $200 per camper for the entire week (Sunday night through Friday or Saturday night). This covers the cost of supplies, lodging, meals (5 breakfasts, 4 lunches, and 4 dinners), tickets, etc.
SUMMER MISSION TRIP
The charge to stay on site and have us provide most of the meals is $285 per camper for the entire week (Sunday night through Saturday morning). This covers the cost of supplies, lodging, meals (5 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 4 dinners), tickets, etc. Oftentimes, this includes tickets to an event in Branson as well like Sight and Sound Theaters.

SHORT-TERM MISSION TRIP
The cost is $50 per day. We provide housing as well as meals. And, this cost includes tickets to the Play and Holy Land.

FALL MISSION TRIP
The cost is $100 for the fall mission trips. We provide housing as well as meals including Friday dinner and Saturday's breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Your group would come and see the Play on Friday night and then work on the grounds on Saturday from 9am-3pm. See the Holy Land at 3:30pm and then get to be in the Play on Saturday night (you could also be in the Play on both nights if your group would prefer that). Then, you would be free to drive back on Sunday morning or have service on the grounds and then go back home.

This list hasn't been updated to reflect the projects for the upcoming year, but you can see the variety of projects that take place. The students also get to watch and then participate in the Passion Play as well during the Passion Play Season!
DAY MISSION TRIP
We have some flexibility in doing a one-day work event. Generally, we work from 9am-3pm with mission trip groups. That time can be adjusted but generally it works well. No meals or lodging provided. This day mission trip must be scheduled.
