In December 2017, the first phase of construction began at the Great Passion Play in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. As the system developed across the 667 acres, the hidden beauties of the property were revealed and made accessible for all to enjoy in a sustainable and environmentally friendly fashion.
Needless to say, we’ve come a long way since our beginning. The Great Passion Play Trail System now features over twenty trails of varying styles and difficulty. From Genesis, one of the best green XC Loops in the region, to the gnarly steeps and drops of Gn’Armageddon, we’re confident that our trail system offers an amazing experience for every rider. However, we also realize that no trail system is perfect. Thus, we are constantly striving to improve and maintain the quality of our trails. Over the past six months, we’ve implemented major improvements to our trail system, including a half mile extension to Crown of Thorns, the construction of a much needed bridge on Genesis, and the repairing of the bridge on Roman Road. In addition to these projects, we’ve also been able to drastically improve the quality of our existing trails through a grant awarded by the Walton Family Foundation. We are now wholly confident that the quality of our trail system rivals any system in the state. |
If you’ve had the chance to ride our trails and agree with the statements above, we have now set up a unique program for you to provide the financial support we need to continue making and keeping our trails amazing! As a non-governmental entity, we do not receive tax money for the maintenance of our trails.
