We are currently in the middle of a $300,000 matching challenge for gifts given to our non-profit. We have now raised over $50,000 in this effort. Will you help us with this cause? Here’s a very brief overview of what we’ve been to accomplish since 2013. Click here to see just a few of the before-and-after and in progress pictures. 2013: Reopening of the complete Holy Land Tour and putting new rooftops on the Passion Play and rooftop areas 2014: First summer with every week mission trips with Team Effort 2015: Passion Play Set facelift 2016: Marketplace development & Christ of the Ozarks Restoration 2017: a) Hosted summer mission trips started, b) History Museum opened, and c) opening of Noah’s Ark Park Petting Zoo 2018: a) Development of 5 miles of Biblically themed mountain bike and hiking trails to host the Arkansas high school and middle school mountain bike race, b) rear of house spotlight added to the Passion Play, and c) complete restoration of Tabernacle canvas 2019: a) Best attended opening weekend for 15 years on first ever Good Friday and Saturday showings of the Passion Play, b) 18 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails opened on the 667-acre property, c) Cross and Prayer Area completed, and d) 2nd spotlight tower and spotlight added The 2020 outlook for improvements is looking very good as well.
One of our major supporting families has issued a challenge: if we raise $300,000, they will match that amount in gifts to our non-profit (501-c3) foundation. This is AMAZING and a wonderful opportunity.
So far, we have raised $17,000 toward the challenge. (December 20 update: $42,000 raised; December 31 almost $55,000 raised) WILL YOU HELP US MEET THIS CHALLENGE?  We are excited to announce a special performance of the Passion Play on Sunday, October 29. This performance is a benefit performance for 3 organizations: Convoy of Hope, Light for the Lost, and Teen Challenge. The cast and crew is donating their time to make this performance happen, and the Passion Play portion of the ticket will benefit these nonprofits. The Play tickets are specially priced at $15 for adults, $10 for youth (ages 12-16), and $5 for children (4-11).
